company, doing business as Everest Global Group ("EverestGG").
By accessing this Website, purchasing any service, enrolling in any training program, making any
payment, accessing any course materials, attending any training session, or using any services provided
by Everest Global Group, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use our Website, services, or training programs.

• IT career transition guidance
• Career readiness programs
• Resume assistance
• LinkedIn profile guidance
• Mock interview preparation
• Career coaching
• Technical mentoring
• Job search support
• Digital learning materials
• Live and recorded training sessions
All services are educational in nature.
3. NO EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE
Everest Global Group does not guarantee:
• Employment
• Job placement
• Job offers
• Interview opportunities
• Certifications
• Promotions
• Contract opportunities
• Consulting opportunities
• Salary levels
• Career advancement
• Employment within any specific timeframe
Any references to career assistance, job readiness, career marketing, placement support, interview
preparation, coaching, mentoring, or professional development are provided solely as educational support
services.
Individual results vary significantly.
Success depends upon numerous factors beyond our control, including:
• Individual effort
• Technical aptitude
• Communication skills
• Prior experience
• Interview performance
• Market conditions
• Employer hiring practices
• Geographic location
• Economic conditions
No representation is made that any student will obtain any specific result.
4. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Students agree to:
• Participate professionally
• Maintain respectful communication
• Complete assigned work independently
• Follow instructor guidance
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials
• Use training resources ethically
• Comply with all applicable laws
Students are solely responsible for applying acquired skills and pursuing employment opportunities.
5. COURSE ACCESS
Course access may include:
• Live classes
• Recorded classes
• Training videos
• Software access
• Practice labs
• Study materials
• Class notes
• Mentoring sessions
Access periods may vary by program.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, improve, replace, or discontinue content at any time.
Lifetime access, if offered, means access for as long as the course platform and program remain
commercially available.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
All tuition, fees, and charges are due according to the selected enrollment option.
Accepted payment methods may include:
• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Electronic payments
• Financing arrangements
• Installment plans
Failure to complete payments may result in:
• Suspension of access
• Removal from training
• Collection efforts
• Legal action
Students remain responsible for all agreed tuition amounts.
7. INSTALLMENT PAYMENT AGREEMENTS
Students selecting installment plans acknowledge:
• The payment plan is a financing convenience.
• Enrollment creates responsibility for the full tuition amount.
• Stopping attendance does not cancel remaining payments.
• Withdrawal does not eliminate payment obligations.
• Dissatisfaction does not eliminate payment obligations.
• Failure to obtain employment does not eliminate payment obligations.
Students agree to pay the full tuition balance regardless of attendance, completion status, employment
outcomes, or personal circumstances.
The full-tuition payment obligation under this Section applies only after Access has occurred, as defined
in Section 8. A student who cancels before Access owes no further tuition.
8. REFUND POLICY
Definition of Access. "Access" means the point at which any study or training material is made available
to the student in any form, including digitally — including but not limited to login credentials, viewable or
downloadable videos, recordings, notes, lectures, presentations, software, lab environments, or any other
course resource. Access occurs when the material is made available, whether or not the student has
actually opened, viewed, downloaded, or used it.
Pre-Access Cancellation & Full Refund. A student may cancel enrollment and receive a full refund at
any time before Access has occurred. To cancel, the student must submit a written request to the contact
address in Section 28 prior to Access. Once Access to any material has occurred, all sales are final and
the terms below apply.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Students understand and agree that Everest Global Group provides digital educational products and
proprietary intellectual property.
No refunds shall be issued after Access has been provided to any of the following:
• Training videos
• Course recordings
• Software
• Practice labs
• Training notes
• Study materials
• Digital content
• Downloads
• Educational resources
• Mentoring resources
No refunds shall be granted due to:
• Scheduling conflicts
• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Employment outcomes
• Interview outcomes
• Technical issues on the student's side
• Failure to complete coursework
• Dissatisfaction after Access is provided
All sales are final once educational materials have been made available.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by Everest Global Group is proprietary intellectual property. This includes:
• Videos
• Recordings
• Course materials
• Documents
• Notes
• Templates
• Presentations
• Software configurations
• Training exercises
• Career preparation materials
• Website content
Students may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, sell, upload, share, republish, or transfer any
Company materials without written authorization.
Unauthorized distribution may result in immediate termination and legal action.
10. CLASS RECORDINGS
Students understand that:
• Classes may be recorded.
• Training sessions may be monitored.
• Recordings may be used for educational purposes.
• Students grant consent to participation in recorded educational environments.
11. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Everest Global Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:
• Misconduct
• Harassment
• Disruptive behavior
• Intellectual property violations
• Non-payment
• Unauthorized sharing of materials
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms
No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause.

placement agency.
The Company does not guarantee interviews, recruiter responses, employment, job offers, contracts,
consulting engagements, salaries, or career advancement. Students remain solely responsible for their
own job search activities and employment decisions.
